1 About these terms #

Campus 360 (“Campus 360”, “we”, “us”) runs the Campus 360 website at campus360recreations.com and the services on it. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you use Campus 360 without an account, these terms still apply to that use.

We record which version of these terms you accepted and when.

2 Who can use Campus 360 #

Anyone can browse Campus 360 without an account. To create an account or buy from 360Merch you must be 18 or older, or 16 or 17 with the permission of a parent or guardian. You must give accurate information and use only one account.

3 Your account #

• Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. If you use Google, Google’s terms also apply to signing in.
• Keep your profile details (name, university, academic level) accurate.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk or is used for fraud. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why.

4 Using our content #

Films, shows, podcasts, articles, photos and designs on Campus 360 belong to Campus 360 or to the people who made them and licensed them to us. You may watch, listen to and read them for your own personal, non-commercial use, and share links to them.

You may not download, record, re-upload, sell, broadcast or edit our content, or remove credits or watermarks, without our written permission. Our name, logo and Campus 360 Originals are ours, and you may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Our videos are hosted on YouTube and play through YouTube’s player, so YouTube’s Terms of Service also apply when you watch them.

5 Community rules #

These rules apply to comments, 360 Discover submissions, messages and anything else you post. Do not post anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or encourages violence against anyone
• attacks people for their ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or background
• is sexually explicit, or involves anyone under 18 in a sexual way
• shares someone else’s private information, photos or contact details without permission
• impersonates another person or organisation
• is spam, a scam or misleading promotion
• breaks the law or infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights

We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. To report something, use the Report option on a comment or contact us with the topic “Report content”.

6 Sharing your work on 360 Discover #

You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting, you confirm that the work is yours, or that you have permission from everyone who owns it or appears in it.

You give Campus 360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to show your project on Campus 360 and to feature it on our social media with credit to you, for as long as it is published. We review every submission and may decline it without giving a detailed reason.

You can ask us to take your project down at any time. We remove it from Campus 360 within 14 days and stop promoting it. Posts already shared on social media may stay visible there.

7 Buying from 360Merch #

• Prices are in Ugandan shillings (UGX) and include any taxes that apply, unless the product page says otherwise.
• You can pay with MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or card through our payment partners. We never see or store your card number or mobile money PIN.
• Your order is confirmed once your payment is confirmed. Orders that are not paid within 60 minutes are cancelled and the items go back on sale.
• Limited drops may cap how many of an item one person can buy.
• If we can’t fulfil an order (for example a pricing error or an item running out), we will cancel it and refund you in full.

8 Delivery #

Delivery areas and fees are shown at checkout. We aim to deliver within 1 to 2 working days in Kampala and 2 to 4 working days elsewhere, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem within 7 days.

9 Returns and refunds #

• You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags and original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• Items from limited drops and personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty or not what you ordered.
• If an item is faulty or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, including delivery.
• Refunds go back to the method you paid with, within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. For change-of-mind returns the original delivery fee is not refunded.

Nothing in this section takes away any rights you have under Ugandan consumer law.

10 Fund requests #

Submitting a fund request does not guarantee support. We decide on requests at our discretion, may ask you for more information, and may decline a request without giving a detailed reason. Giving false or misleading information will lead to the request being rejected and may lead to your account being closed. Any support we agree to give may come with its own written terms.

11 Events and other websites #

Some events and links on Campus 360 are run by other people or organisations. Their own terms and policies apply, and Campus 360 is not responsible for them.

12 Changes to the service #

We keep improving Campus 360, which means we may add, change or remove features. We work to keep the site available, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

13 Our responsibility to you #

Campus 360 is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under the laws of Uganda.

14 Closing your account #

You can ask us to close your account at any time through the contact page. We may suspend or close accounts as described in these terms. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (for example about content ownership and our responsibility) still apply after an account is closed.

15 Changes to these terms #

When we update these terms we publish a new version on this page with the date it takes effect, and earlier versions stay available. For important changes we will also tell you by email or on the site. If you keep using Campus 360 after a new version takes effect, that version applies to you.

16 Governing law #

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. If a disagreement comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we can’t, the courts of Uganda will decide it.
